Our church is looking to develop children and family ministry within our local parish and community. We would like to develop Sunday morning work and well as develop strong links with our two local primary schools. The question is “Are you the person who God is calling to enable us to do all this and more?” This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the growth of faith with children and their families!
We are a church who is committed to develop our outreach among families and children along with our benefice family of five other churches. We’re looking for someone with a lively Christian faith and a heart for this work to be part of our team from January 2026.
The post is for 18 hours per week, paid at £13000 PT (£26000 FT equivalent), and you will be part of the ministry team. You’ll be working to create and develop a creche on a Sunday morning and develop our existing midweek Church Mice group, Sunday, holiday and schools work with a lot of flexibility as to how you do the job. This post will be subject to the safer recruitment process which will include two references and successful completion of DBS checks.
