    We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Chaplain to provide for the spiritual needs of our patients, their relatives, staff and students.

    The role includes:
    Visit wards and work areas to provide pastoral, religious and spiritual counsel to patients
    • Compliance with national chaplaincy policies and standards
    • Ensuring as far as possible the needs of people with faiths other than Christianity and those of no faiths are supported
    • Acting in a supervisory role for the other chaplains and chaplaincy volunteers
    • Administering the sacraments when requested
    • Planning and leading worship
    • Maintenance of information resources concerning the work of the chaplaincy team
