A practical comprehensive session led by Canon Julie Jones, looking at subjects such as conflict management in our Churches, how to effectively communicate in a stressful situation and exploring conflict-handling modes. Canon Julie will also draw on the concept of radical candour.

Who is it for: Year 3 curates and open to anyone in a leadership role in their church community.
