Everyone tells us we need to work in partnership nowadays! We’re encouraged to collaborate with lay people, other clergy, other churches and other organisations. Collaboration can look like the answer to limited resources and thinly-spread ministry

But are partnership and collaboration always the best? This short online session goes back to basics, with the question: when is collaboration worthwhile and when should we ‘go it alone’?
