West Midlands Racial Justice Initiative is recruiting a Data and Research Officer to help shape how six dioceses measure progress under From Lament to Action
over the next decade. You’ll be the go-to person for mixed methods research, ethical practice, and GDPR-compliant data collection, turning complex datasets into clear insight that leaders and communities can act on.
This is a 28-hour role based in Birmingham (hybrid, with travel across the region), fixed term to 31 December 2027, with a salary of £29,664 (£37,080 FTE).
