Rev Alison Boulton is a pioneer Baptist minister living on a new housing estate, blessing residents and birthing a community relevant church. She co-founded the ecumenical New Housing Hub, is a national Baptist Pioneer Ambassador and lectures in pioneering with CMS. She authored Pioneer Ministry in New Housing Areas alongside Penny Marsh, has created a series of ‘How to’ Guides as part of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Commission on Housing Church and Community. She undertakes mentoring, consultancy, and teaches a course in missionally engaging in local community. She is undertaking doctoral research into missional new housing engagement.
