Discover who your congregation aspires to be for God and your local community. Thriving congregations tend to be rooted in ongoing conversations about what kind of people they want to be for God in their local area. But those conversations can be difficult to start and navigate. This online training will give you the tools to ask the right questions, identify values and adopt them, along with indicators, as a congregation. Who is it for: This training is specifically for church leaders (clergy, lay ministers, and parish church council members or elders). The training is designed for church leadership teams to learn together and develop a process for developing values and indicators within their congregations. It’s ideal for those who have completed Poineering Parishes' First Steps training course but most churches will benefit from this training.

Course Hosts: Pioneering Parishes

Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm

Venue: Online (via Zoom)

Cost: £10 per person, or £30 if you you're bringing three or more people from your Church.
