God at Work

 It is said that 'Christ is for life, not just for Sundays' - so what does that mean in reality? A group of young disciples and enquirers in Wolverhampton has been finding out.

Deborah Walton, minister at Wolverhampton Pioneer Ministry which aims to support local churches in meeting the spiritual needs of the 18-35 age-group, found there was a demand for a time and place to discuss the issues that arise from being a Christian in the workplace.

Looking around she found the God at Workcourse: while aimed at city professionals, she found the accompanying book applicable to a much wider variety of careers. It must have been successful as while they have finished the book, the group continues to meet at the Light House in Wolverhampton:
