Dying at Home - April 2024

An afternoon session covering practical and spiritual matters such as;

  • the role of the clergy,
  • who else will be involved in care of the dying,
  • physical signs of dying,
  • who tells the family what is happening,
  • protocols and policies for the final days,
  • ministering to those who are near death within the home context,
  • what happens when someone dies at home,
  • what happens to the body,
  • what are the rights of the family including payment for funerals.
