We are looking for someone who is excited at the prospect of joining us at this new phase in the life of the new parish of St Aidan’s and St Chad’s. We would like someone who can appreciate the difference between the two churches and have a vision for the whole parish.

Our new Incumbent will:-

• Help us develop our spirituality
  
  
• Encourage and enable us to discover and use our gifts, both as individuals and as a parish
  
  
• Have a commitment to initiate and promote work with children, young people and their families
  
  
• Recognise that each member of the church community, regardless of age, has something to offer
  
  
• Be willing to work alongside the current Team Vicar of St Chad (Associate Minister Designate of the new parish)
  
  
• Adopt a healthy approach to work/life balance
  
  
• Have a passion for sharing pastoral care
